Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the backend development team
• Design and implement core backend architecture and services
• Drive the implementation of business logic and workflows
• Collaborate closely with architects, frontend developers and stakeholders
• Support the team in solving technical challenges
• Ensure high-quality and scalable backend solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience with C# / .NET backend development
• Proven experience in technical leadership or team coordination
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures
• Strong experience with SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Ability to drive delivery in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise integrations (SAP, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of multi-tenancy architectures and load balancing
