At Crafting, we're looking for an experienced Lead TPM to join the Player division within Super, a large-scale technology environment powering products used by millions of customers across multiple markets. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable operating at the intersection of Engineering, Product and Business, bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives and helping teams turn strategy into successful execution.You'll work closely with senior Product and Engineering leaders, connecting the dots across teams, identifying risks and dependencies early, and making sure complex programs have the alignment, ownership and execution framework they need to move forward.What you'll be doingLead complex, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple engineering teams, from planning through delivery.Build clear execution plans, milestones and delivery roadmaps, while managing cross-team dependencies and sequencing.Identify technical and delivery risks early and work with Engineering and Product leaders on mitigation and contingency plans.Create alignment across Engineering, Product and other stakeholders around priorities, ownership, timelines and trade-offs.Bring structure to ambiguous initiatives, helping break large and complex problems into manageable streams of work.Facilitate the discussions and decisions needed to keep programs moving, challenging assumptions and surfacing potential issues along the way.Use delivery and operational metrics to understand progress, identify bottlenecks and support better decision-making.Improve ways of working across teams, simplifying processes and creating more predictable and scalable delivery practices.Partner with senior Engineering leadership on broader operational and organizational improvements, beyond individual programs.Share best practices and support the development of strong technical program management capabilities across the organization.What we're looking forWe're looking for someone with strong experience leading large and technically complex programs in software/ product organizations.You don't need to be the person designing the architecture or writing the code, but you should be technical enough to understand system design, distributed systems, cloud environments, microservices and technical dependencies, and to have meaningful conversations with senior engineers and engineering leaders.You will probably bring:Significant experience in Technical Program Management (10+ years), ideally in complex product/ technology environments.A strong track record of coordinating initiatives across multiple engineering teams and organizational boundaries.Good technical understanding and the ability to evaluate technical complexity, dependencies and delivery risks.Strong experience with program planning, dependency management, risk management and execution.The ability to influence and create alignment without relying on direct authority.Confidence working with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product and Business.Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex topics clear for different audiences.Comfort working with ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into structured, actionable plans.A pragmatic mindset — knowing when more process is useful and when it simply gets in the way.Experience improving delivery processes or ways of working at a broader organizational level would be a strong plus.The environment is technically complex and highly collaborative, so we're looking for someone who can combine technical understanding with excellent program leadership and stakeholder management.Sounds like your kind of challenge?
