Your Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
This role will support our LSS (Lifecycle Scale Solutions) Learning Manager at the intersection of business and design. You will be bringing together the operational and Instructional Design skills to support the development of meaningful skilling content for Delivery Partner Advocates.
Specifically, s/he will:
Training Content & Learning Path Management
- Audit existing training materials for relevance, accuracy, and alignment with current business needs.
- Maintain and update the LSS NH Learning Path structure, ensuring content is current and logically sequenced.
- Coordinate with SMEs to gather source materials and integrate feedback into training updates.
- Assist in the creation of immersive and performance-based learning experiences using tools like Articulate 360.
Instructional Design & Development
- Apply instructional design principles to update revise simple training content (e.g., eLearning, ILT, blended formats).
- Create assessments and knowledge checks aligned with learning objectives.
- Use tools such as Articulate, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite to build and publish training assets.
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Coordination
- Assist in business stakeholders meetings and document training-related needs.
- Follow up with SMEs and business leads to ensure timely delivery of content and feedback.
- Support reporting and documentation efforts for training impact and readiness metrics.
Quality Assurance & Accessibility
- Ensure all training materials meet Microsoft’s accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Implement version control and flag outdated content for review or retirement.
Your Experience/Education
Core Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Instructional Design Expertise
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with eLearning development tools (Articulate 360 preferred)
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and Azure DevOps (adding work items, creating and using queries)
- Comfortable working in SharePoint and SuccessFactors
- Understanding of LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Communication, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design or learning program coordination
- Experience working in a corporate or enterprise learning environment preferred
Optional but Valuable Additions
- Experience with learning analytics and impact evaluation
- Familiarity with AI and AI-based learning tools
- Familiarity with localization and accessibility efforts for global audiences
