Adecco Permanent Recruitment is looking, for one of its clients, a leading retailer in the personal care industry in TIMISOARA, a Legal Adivsor who will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist support and legal advice to the Expansion department;
• Advise the company's management on various aspects requiring legal clarification or interpretation for proper application;
• Draft, review, and countersign legal documents (e.g., commercial contracts, addenda, agreements, procedures, regulations, etc.);
• Represent the interests and defend the legal rights of the company before public authorities, public institutions of any kind, as well as before any legal entity or individual;
• Verify the legality of legal and administrative documents received for approval;
• Provide legal support and advice across all areas of law;
• Represent the company's interests in relations with public authorities and legal entities;
• Analyze and interpret legal regulations to provide support in the company's activities;
• Monitor relevant legislation for the company's operations and keep interested parties updated;
• Resolve legal requests in all areas of law.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in law;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field;
• Knowledge of PC operations (MS Office package);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building abilities;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Attention to detail and solid analytical skills;
• Professional ethics and absolute confidentiality.
