It is an exciting time at Chain IQ and our team in Romania is looking for a Legal Advisor (career level Consultant) in the Legal & Compliance Team as maternity cover (two years contract).

Role Purpose
The primary purpose is to deliver legal support for the Legal&Compliance Team based in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Legal Advisor to join the Legal & Compliance Team. The Legal Advisor needs to be a dynamic individual with proven experience (2-3 years) in legal work in an international environment. Fluency in English is a must.
Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Support the Legal team based in Switzerland in contract related matters, in particular regarding the administration and optimization of contract templates (including digitalization of the review process)
• Implement contract related client requirements regarding subcontractors (including defining and managing the process)
• Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements as well as small client and supplier agreements
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Excellent communication skills
• Have the ability to work in parallel on multiple topics and with different stakeholders
• Strong collaborative behavior
• English and Romanian: fluent orally and in writing
