ResponsibilitiesPart of the Business support functions team, facilitating internal projects related to the holocracy culture and other strategic projects Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, software licenses, NDAs, partnership agreements, and vendor contractsEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR and other privacy frameworksServes as an advisor to business teams and maintain the relation within the groupEnsures compliance with different commercial laws and advises on commercial matters within the mindit.io group of companiesEnsures that tasks related to the organization's legal affairs are completed in an efficient and economical manner in order to contribute to the achievement of the organization's goalsWhat Are We Looking ForEnthusiastic about being up to date with the latest legal requirements Proven experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably within the IT, technology, or telecommunications industries.Strong understanding of commercial, corporate, and IT law, including software licensing, data protection, and intellectual propertyExperience with Microsoft Office package Being a team player Highly responsible and motivated to work within a multicultural environmentKnowledge of commercial laws, IP laws, and employment.
