Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.Location: Bucharest, Romania (hybrid).Responsibilities:Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including commercial, service, and other agreements, ensuring compliance with Romanian and applicable EU law.Assist in the preparation of protocols and materials for board meetings and other legal documents (e.g. POAs, Resolutions, Letters) ensuring all legal perspectives are well-represented.Support the Head of Legal & DPO in coordinating legal matters across all regions to ensure a unified approach to global legal issues.Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Compliance, Product, and Finance, offering legal support to enhance operations and mitigate risks.Assist in managing potential legal disputes, such as issues for defamation.Contribute to the implementation of scalable legal processes to streamline and organize global legal functions efficiently.Conduct legal research on matters related to the company's global operations, with a focus on the Romanian regulatory landscape.Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.Handle data subject rights requests, tickets and tasks (DPO support duties), in line with GDPR and Romanian data protection legislation.Assist in ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations (DPO support duties).Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures (DPO support duties).Perform other related legal tasks, as may be needed from time to time to support the company.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law (Licență în Drept) from an accredited Romanian institution.
