We are looking for a Level 2/3 IT Engineer for support legal team to ensure operational stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise legal platforms by delivering L2/L3 support, vendor coordination, configuration management, and service governance across global environments.
What you will do:
1. CLM Platform Ownership
- Provide operational ownership and advanced support for:
- Apttus
- Companion
- Leah (target CLM platform / ContractPodAI)
Responsibilities
- L2/L3 support and incident resolution
- Platform configuration and administration
- Release and change management
- Workflow and automation support
- Data integrity and integrations management
- User access and role management
2. DocuSign Administration & Support
- Operate and support:
- CSL DocuSign Organization
- CSL Vifor DocuSign Organization
Responsibilities
- User provisioning and lifecycle management
- Template management and governance
- Integration support with CLM platforms
- Incident and problem management
- Access control and compliance support
3. Legal Satellite SaaS Applications
- Provide operational coordination and support for:
- Diligent
- Ascent
- OneTrust
- Other Legal / EREC SaaS systems
Responsibilities
- Vendor coordination and escalation
- Access management and configuration support
- Incident triage and resolution coordination
- Support for system integrations
Stakeholder Interaction
- Legal & EREC teams
- IT service management
- SaaS vendors
- Security & compliance teams
- Global stakeholders (EU & US)

- CLM platforms (Apttus, ContractPodAI, Companion)
- DocuSign administration
- SaaS application management
- Identity & access management
- Integration concepts (APIs, workflows)
- ITIL service management
- Legal operations processes
- Contract lifecycle management
