Coordinate and secure deliverable convergence to meet critical project milestones and development targets. Act as the key representative of the domain in cross-functional project teams and management committees. Prepare and present consolidated status reports, analyses, and executive summaries for the assigned scope of activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with experience in component or product development within an engineering environment. Strong understanding of product development processes and project lifecycle management, including development milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies. Experience collaborating with suppliers and knowledge of development and industrialization processes (TOPRO knowledge is considered a strong asset). Excellent communication, facilitation, and reporting skills, with the ability to lead meetings, define action plans, and monitor their execution. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with strong teamwork, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities in a multicultural environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Outlook.
