Live Casino Session Host (Russian-speaking) — Bucharest

Full-time | Permanent contract | Relocation available

An international company in the online entertainment industry is looking for Russian-speaking live session hosts to work in a studio in Bucharest. The role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working on camera, interacting with an audience, and following clear game session procedures.

We are a licensed live-gaming provider operating in regulated jurisdictions (EU, Canada and others). Employment is carried out in accordance with Romanian labor legislation and industry standards.

Working Schedule

• 3 shifts with monthly rotation

• 5 working days / 2 days off

• Night shifts, weekends and public holidays may apply

• Work sessions of 1.5–2 hours followed by a 30-minute break

• On-site studio work in Bucharest

Salary & Additional Payments Base Salary

First 9 months (including 3-month probation):
4124 RON net ( 828 EUR)
7049 RON gross ( 1418 EUR)

After 9 months:
5022 RON net ( 1008 EUR)
8585 RON gross ( 1727 EUR)

Bonuses

• Performance bonus after probation: 3000 RON net ( 609 EUR)

• Night shifts: +25%

• Weekends: +10%

• Public holidays: +100%

Employment Conditions (Official Employment)

• Permanent employment contract under the Romanian Labour Code

• Fully declared (white) salary with taxes and social contributions paid

• Paid probation period — 3 months

• Stable employment in a licensed international company

Relocation

Candidates already in Bucharest:
— relocation and accommodation are not provided

Candidates from other Romanian cities:
— one-time relocation bonus: 2850 RON net / 4872 RON gross (paid with first salary)

Candidates without Romanian citizenship:

• Full visa and work permit support

• Accommodation provided (shared 2-room apartment)

• Utilities covered by the company

• Flight ticket to Bucharest covered

Requirements

• Fluent Russian + English B2

• Comfortable working on camera

• Discipline and ability to follow procedures

• Availability for shift work

• Experience in customer interaction or presentation is a plus but not required
