Job Summary:

As a Team Lead, you manage the daily operation of the dealer teams and pit bosses. You own

scheduling, performance evaluations, and the way games run in the studio. You work closely with HR on attendance, employee relations topics, and payroll inputs.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on consistency, discipline, and performance in a

shift-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling & staffing (Dealers + Shufflers):

• Create and manage shift schedules for dealers and shufflers.
• Handle staffing adjustments for absences, sick leave, late arrivals, and peak hours.
• Coordinate holiday planning and schedule fairness across teams.

Performance management & evaluations:

• Run regular performance evaluations for dealers and shufflers.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and corrective actions when needed.
• Track performance trends and propose improvement actions.
• Support promotions, internal moves, and performance improvement plans.

Game processes, procedures & operational standards:

• Design and improve game processes and studio procedures.
• Keep daily operations aligned with internal rules, game integrity, and quality standards.
• Identify repeated errors and launch actions to fix root causes (training, updates, discipline).
• Work with other departments to roll out changes (training, QA, compliance, tech).

HR & payroll collaboration:

• Partner with HR on attendance tracking, timekeeping, and shift compliance.
• Support employee relations topics (conflicts, discipline, conduct, performance issues).
• Provide accurate payroll-related inputs (hours, absences, schedule changes, approvals).
• Support onboarding/offboarding process from an operational side.

Required skills & experience:

• Experience in live casino operations (team leader level preferred).
• Strong understanding of table games operations (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, etc.).
• Proven experience with shift scheduling, payroll bonuses and workforce planning.
• Comfortable giving direct feedback and holding standards.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills for planning and reporting.
