Coca-Cola HBC is looking to strengthen its Key Accounts team by hiring a high-potential Local Key Account Manager based in Cluj. If you are passionate about developing customer partnerships, driving execution excellence and influencing category growth in a dynamic FMCG environment, we would like to meet you.
You'll grow with us -- shaping customer strategy, elevating our presence in Local Key Accounts, and driving performance with a cross-functional team that supports your development every step of the way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement Business Plans for Local Key Accounts, aligned with company strategy, commercial policies and shopper insights.
- Lead annual contract negotiations and maximize return on investments through effective commercial agreements.
- Build strong customer relationships, identifying needs and driving regular Business Review meetings.
- Ensure category leadership by optimizing presence in promotions, leaflets, tailored actions and customer campaigns.
- Coordinate Trace Calendar activities and assess their impact on P&L and category performance.
- store activation and RED/eRED execution across all LKA customers.
- Monitor competition, market dynamics and category trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.

- Track customer performance through KPIs and ensure consistent sales management processes.
- functional collaboration with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, CS&CDE and Finance to deliver joint initiatives.
- Coach STL colleagues to strengthen commercial capability and elevate customer management excellence.

- Commercial experience, including at least 2 years of complex customer management.
