Local Planner

You will be responsible for:

• Building and implementing country-level and category-level planning strategies to support the company’s targets in sales, stock coverage, and full-price sell-through
• Provide guidelines for budgeting and forecasting sales and stocks by product category, region, and country.
• Set bottom-up sales and markdown targets.
• Recommend top-line range framework principles (options per price point, clusters, key attributes such as style or size).
• Establish key parameters to maximize availability (stock density, size curve, size pack) by defining the appropriate cluster level.
• Define sales and markdown phasing, resulting in stock and delivery planning adapted to regional/country specifics.
• Provide key inputs to the company’s calendar planning to ensure market needs are addressed.
• Monitor region and country performance and provide in-season guidance.
• Track weekly, monthly, and seasonal results, highlighting risks and opportunities and proposing corrective actions.
• Support OTB management by recommending changes to optimize performance and manage terminal stock targets.
• Prepare analyses for assortment planning and post-mortem reviews.
• Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs.

We are looking for a person who has:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative, analytical, and self‑motivated mindset.
• Knowledge of the retail market.
• High level of English.
• Availability for frequent business trips
