The Opportunity

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for logistics? We are seeking a proactive Logistics Administrator to become the backbone of our transport operations.

While the title focuses on the operational nature of the role, this position is equivalent to an Assistant Manager in terms of responsibility and impact. You will be at the heart of our daily logistics, ensuring our drivers are compliant, our schedules are met, and our operations run flawlessly. You will work closely with our CEO and be a critical part of our success.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Driver Compliance Management: Serve as the primary owner for all driver compliance, meticulously tracking licenses, permits, medical certificates, and safety documents in our Tahoscan system to ensure 100% validity.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage all travel for our drivers, which includes independently searching for and booking approximately 30 cost-effective flights per month.
  • HR & Payroll Support: Liaise with the HR department by collecting and preparing driver timesheets and work data for accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Supplier & Partner Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for our safety (SSM) and other compliance partners to ensure all operational standards are met.
  • Operational Reporting: Assist in writing travel orders, reports, and other necessary documents essential for our transport activities.


What You'll Bring (Requirements)

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within the transport, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills—you thrive on accuracy and deadlines.
  • A proactive and responsible attitude, with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Willingness to work full-time from our office in Giurgiu.
