Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator role based in Constanţa. The Logistics Coordinator oversees daily transportation and warehousing activities, ensuring that shipments are planned, scheduled, and tracked in line with customer requirements and internal service levels. The role includes coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage inbound and outbound flows, resolve delivery issues, and optimize routing and loading. The Logistics Coordinator updates and maintains inventory records, prepares documentation (such as delivery notes, invoices, and customs-related papers), and ensures compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. The position also involves monitoring key performance indicators, identifying process improvements, and supporting continuous efficiency and cost-optimization initiatives.

• Proficiency with logistics or ERP systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Constanţa and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• A vocational or academic qualification in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an advantage.
