• Maintain communication with customers via email, phone, teleconferences, and customer portals;
• Monitor production output against the production plan to ensure timely deliveries;
• Prepare delivery plans and communicate delivery-related information to the warehouse;
• Create, maintain, and update customer orders in SAP;
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings and provide reports regarding delivery plans and logistics activities;
• Prepare and archive delivery documentation;
• Perform INTRASTAT reporting and provide reports to management when required;
• Identify opportunities for improving logistics processes and recommend appropriate actions;
• Carry out daily activities in compliance with internal procedures and company standards.

This role is offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover) and is ideal for a logistics professional looking to join a stable international company operating in the automotive industry.

• English at intermediate level or above.
