Logistics & Retail Operations

A well-established international fashion retailer is entering the Romanian market and is looking for a Logistics & Retail Operations Coordinator based in Bucharest.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on logistics experience who wants to grow their career by getting involved in a new market launch from day one — supporting the ERP rollout, working alongside an external logistics partner, and helping set up local operations from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the ERP implementation for the new market entry
• Handle data uploads and initial stock loading to help ensure a smooth system go-live
• Help keep ERP, warehouse, and store operations aligned
• Work alongside the external logistics partner to support warehouse operations and deliveries
• Monitor day-to-day inventory levels to support product availability and reduce losses
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and stores
• Track and report on KPIs related to inventory, deliveries, and operational efficiency
• Contribute ideas for improving logistics and operational processes
• Collaborate with sales, retail, and supply chain colleagues to support commercial goals

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or retail operations — fashion/retail experience is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems; any exposure to a system rollout is a bonus
• Comfortable working with data and reports
• Practical, hands-on, and eager to solve problems
• Motivated to grow your career and take on more responsibility over time
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
