What You'll do:
Maintain contact with the Regional Distribution Center
Responsible for stocks and inventory of Hilti Romania
Coordinates procurement processes
Liaising with several of our service providers to ensure on-time imports and exports of shipments, all aspects of warehousing & transportation operations (including inbound, inventory management, outbound, reverse logistics, local & regional deliveries) and other administrative activities to ensure our customers’ business requirements are met
Working closely with other departments / functions – Customer Services, Sales, Material Management, etc. – to ensure better services to our customers and on special requests
Working cross-functionally, adopting global standards and guidelines, and sustainably solving root cause issues to achieve cost productivity, efficiencies, or service improvements.
Using tools like Excel & PowerBi in order to support business decisions
Ensuring cost management, invoice control and conduct necessary audits & checks to ensure that risk mitigating controls are in place within all aspects of operations
