Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle, from greeting distinguished visitors to closing deals and providing high-end post-sale relationship management;
• Provide expert consultations on the history, mechanics, and investment value of luxury timepieces, ensuring a premium customer experience;
• Proactively follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to loyal client;
• Handle sales and consignment agreements, including payment processing (traditional and digital assets) and coordination of delivery or authentication logistics;
• Maintain immaculate showroom standards, monitor market trends, and ensure the security and accurate registration of high-value inventory;
• Maintain comprehensive client records and support the team with reporting and data entry to ensure a personalized luxury service.

This role is designed for a professional who combines a deep appreciation for horology with the persuasive skills of a top-tier salesperson.
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion), premium banking, or wealth management;
• Familiarity with prestigious watch brands is highly advantageous;
• Flawless communication skills in Romanian and medium to advanced level English;
• Exceptional negotiation and storytelling abilities with a "closer" mindset;
• Polished, professional appearance and impeccable personal grooming standards;
• High emotional intelligence, discretion in handling high-value transactions, and a proactive attitude;
• Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
