Role & Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end conversational AI solutions integrating Speech Models (ASR/TTS) and LLMs
• Design real-time voice agent solutions optimized for low latency and high responsiveness
• Evaluate and benchmark Speech/LLM technologies (open-source & Azure) with a focus on security and compliance
• Develop fine-tuning and adaptation strategies for audio, dialog models
• Provide expertise for safety-critical use cases (handling sensitive client data, regulated interactions)

Technical Skills

• Voice AI: Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech integration (Azure Stack and Open Source), orchestration of voice agents
• LLM & NLP: experience with LLMs; intent classification, slot extraction, summarization
• Safety & Risk AI: hands-on experience with AI systems in regulated or safety-critical domains; privacy-aware design
• MLOps: Azure ML, Databricks, AKS, CI/CD for ML pipelines
• Evaluation & Testing: create and execute testing and monitoring approaches that validate both technical performance and real conversational behavior

Experience Required

• Strong ML and AI background with a deep understanding of modern ML practices
• Extensive experience in designing and delivering end-to-end AI pipelines
• Strong focus on creating scalable and flexible architectures suited to large-scale enterprise environments
