For our growing team we are looking for experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Manages and lead all maintenance processes and operations;
• Plans and prioritize projects, tasks along with the company strategy, proposes solutions to improve efficiency and costs;
• Responsible for reaching the department and company KPI: downtime, maintenance delays, MTBF (mean time between failures), MTTR ( mean time to repair) , OEE , PMP ( planned maintenance percentage) ,schedule compliance and others.
• Plans and monitors installation of new machines and equipment activities;
• Manages Preventive maintenance plan and energy activities of plant in a way that the installations and machines can operate continuously and without delay;
• Tracks expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance;
• Manages relationships with contractors and service providers;
• Train and manage employees of the maintenance department;
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports about the activity of the department;
• Analyses the technical performance and energy efficiency of the plant equipment and proposes improvements;
• Develops maintenance procedures and ensures their implementation in order to decrease the downtimes;
• Ensures compliance with HSE policy.

Requirements:

• Engineering University degree (Electronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Automation);
• At least 5 years of experience on a similar managerial position, international company is preferred;
• Very good computer literacy – MS office Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
• Excellent command of English;
• Structured mind and analytical thinking;
• Capacity to identify and solve problems;
• Management and task prioritizing skills;
• Effective communication and people management skills.
