We’re expanding — and we’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant. The selected professional will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial performance through accurate management reporting and robust financial analysis to join our team in our office in Bistrița-Năsăud.

You'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement,
• Managing budgets and forecasts to support strategic financial planning
• Monitoring trends and deviations of the P&L and working capital KPIs
• Providing support during month‑end closing and preparation of reporting packages
• Providing support during internal and external financial audit processes
• Handling ad‑hoc tasks within the Finance function.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Management Accountant or a similar role
• Proficiency in creating budgets, forecasting performance, and monitoring actual results against projected figures
• Understanding of the organization's industry, market and the series of interconnected tasks and activities that the organization performs to achieve its goals and objectives
• Highly organized, attention to detail, analytical and problem solving oriented
• Multitasking, working in a fast-paced environment,
• MS Office Excel, advanced level,
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• English -B2
• Romanian C2
