The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide proactive support to four senior stakeholders within the investment team.
This is a true business-partnering role where you will become a trusted right hand, managing priorities, protecting time and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. Success in the role requires strong judgement, adaptability and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
You will collaborate with individuals who have different working styles and priorities, so emotional intelligence, flexibility and the confidence to challenge where appropriate are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Complex diary and meeting management across multiple senior stakeholders.
Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring time is managed effectively.
Coordinate local international travel, itineraries and logistics.
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage last-minute changes and competing priorities.
Provide light-touch support to the wider investment team.
Develop a strong understanding of the business and financial markets.
Support occasional out-of-hours requirements, primarily travel changes and urgent communications.
