We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join a dynamic product-focused environment and contribute to the quality of customer-facing web applications and internal business platforms.

A typical day might include the following:

• Review and analyze business requirements and user stories.
• Create, maintain and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory and end-to-end testing.
• Validate user journeys and critical business workflows across multiple systems.
• Test integrations between internal applications and third-party services.
• Perform API testing and validate data consistency.
• Identify, document and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
• Support release validation activities and production checks when required.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Experience testing web applications or digital products.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Experience with test case design and execution.
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience with integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments, marketplaces or other customer-facing digital products.
• Experience testing integrations with external services and APIs.
• Basic exposure to test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Experience with microservices-based applications.
