Join a leading aerospace environment and play a key role in the production of high-tech landing gear systems. Fokker Landing Gear (part of GKN Fokker) is expanding its Manufacturing Engineering team and is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize production processes.

🔧 Your role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of an Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring smooth production and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering, production, and suppliers to solve technical challenges and enhance manufacturing performance.

📌 Key responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and resolve technical issues

• Manage and handle non-conformities (L1 & L2)

• Define temporary production instructions and dispositions

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Support tooling, production planning, and industrialization

• Drive Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) and Lean initiatives

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• 1–7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or similar

• Experience with machining (milling, turning, boring, honing) and/or surface treatments (heat treatment, plating, shot peen, NDI)

• Knowledge of Lean and quality standards (ISO9000 / AS9100)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English

• Salary: €3,500 – €5,500 gross/month
