The role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and flexible production solutions while supporting new technology development, continuous improvement initiatives, and the successful industrialization of products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigns cost‑efficient and flexible assembly lines based on initial data such as quantities, available space, and product requirements;Defines requirements, orders equipment, and oversees implementation in collaboration with internal and external partners;Coordinates pre‑acceptance, acceptance tests, and trial operation for equipment and assembly lines;Trains production employees focusing on automated equipment;Uses appropriate systems and methods depending on the project phase (S/4 HANA, CAD, PFMEA, Lean);Identifies, initiates, and implements operational optimizations related to equipments;Conceptualizes and develops new technologies for industrial processes;Executes any other orders given by the hierarchical superior in the realization of the company's short-term strategies, within the limits of compliance with the legal basis and the requirements of the quality system.What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field;Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably with assembly lines and/or manufacturing;Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly technologies, and production systems;Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing production lines and manufacturing equipment;Team player, results‑driven, flexible, and adaptable, embracing change;Knowledge of Lean, PFMEA, DFMEA, MTM/REFA, CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and S/4 HANA is beneficial;Good verbal and written communication skills;Advanced written and spoken English; German is a plus.
