As an EMS partner over the entire product life cycle, from product development through series production to aftersales-service.Manufacturing engineer – Wire Harness Manufacturing Key Responsibilities:Set up the wire harness lines (layout, workflow, equipment selection)Define and implement manufacturing processes: cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, shielding, over-molding, assembly, form board assembly and testing.Develop production documentation: process sheets, time sheets, work instructions, BOMsIdentify raw material and suppliers (wires, terminals, connectors, accessories)Follow quality management system based on various standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485)Work closely with company leadership on operational planning, capacity, quoting and trainingPerson Specification:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in production and process engineering within the wire harness assembly industryStrong knowledge of core processes: cutting, stripping, soldering, crimping, shielding, over-molding, manual and semi-automated assembly; electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing.Familiarity with quality standards: ISO 9001 and at least one of: AS9100 (aeronautical), ISO 13485 (medical)Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentationFamiliarity with relevant CAD and ERP software systemsExperience with setting up or restructuring a production lineEnglish — technical proficiencyExisting network of industry contacts (suppliers, technical specialists)Cicor RomaniaStr.
