Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to support the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks. The role focuses on coordinating marketing activities, managing campaign-related tasks, and supporting events and webinars.

This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working closely with marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Manage marketing tasks and updates in Jira
• Assist with campaign creation in Salesforce (SFDC)
• Upload and track leads and marketing signals
• Support coordination with SDR teams for follow-ups and campaign alignment
• Assist with webinar organization using GoToWebinar
• Track weekly marketing activities and campaign signals
• Create Coupa requests when needed
• Support event setup and coordination within the country (no travel required)

Profile Requirements

• Experience in administrative support or marketing administration
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Jira
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
