We have offices in 5 cities in Romania (Cluj, Bucharest, Brasov, Iasi, and Oradea), and our Marketing team is based in Cluj-Napoca, where you will also work.

We are looking for an energetic marketing and communications intern who will help amplify our brand presence across Romania, while gaining hands-on industry experience. If you are passionate about communication, social media, events management and you are a problem-solver at heart with a can-do attitude, then we definitely need to have a talk.

The internship lasts 6 months, is full time, and paid. Don't worry, you will have a flexible schedule so you can still attend your exams or important commitments when needed.

In this role you will report directly to the Romania Marketing Lead.

Your Skills & Background:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Bachelor or Master program in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• Previous work or internship experience in Marketing/PR is a plus, but a "hunger to learn" is what we value most.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written) are essential, as you’ll be collaborating within a global ecosystem.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• A genuine passion for digital trends and a proactive interest in how AI tools are reshaping the marketing landscape.
• Good project management skills and the ability to keep multiple plates spinning without dropping the ball.
• Well organized, able to respect deadlines, and focused on details
• A problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
• A team-player, able to adapt to a collaborative and dynamic work environment
• Creative mind, able to come up with original conceptual ideas in his/her work

Job Responsibilities:

Through this internship you will have the opportunity to experience firsthand what it means to work in marketing and communications in the IT industry. You will join the Romania marketing team, gain exposure to the global marketing knowledge hub, and engage with the global marketing community. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the Romania Marketing Team on executing the local marketing strategy.
• Assist in campaign preparation, content creation, event organization (internal and external), collaboration with external partners, and alignment with business stakeholders.
• Social Media content creation.
• Develop collateral materials for various initiatives/projects (presentations, digital/print brochures, flyers, posters, swags, and other promotional materials).
• Communicate effort and results.
• You will have the chance to access our local and global marketing experts, while making an impact through your work.
• You will learn and have some fun!
