Cerinte

You will lead the successful implementation and ongoing management of the company's platform at the hotel. Your primary responsibilities include training hotel staff on the use of our tools, enhancing the guest experience through interactive engagement, and providing troubleshooting support. You will serve as the main point of contact for all platform-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of services.

Responsabilitati

Train the hotel team about the platform and its usage
Curate and update digital content, including multilingual menus for restaurants, bars, spa, and experiences.
Support hotel customers and explain the platform and the application
Draft and implement marketing campaigns across WiFi portals, email automation, and in-app messages.
Analyze app usage data, guest feedback, and performance metrics, presenting findings to hotel management.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00-13:00 and 18:00-22:00
Each intern will work on a hotel in a different part of Greece, for which they will be informed in due time after applying.
Meals start from May.
