International Work Finder Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established company operating in the beauty & cosmetics industry for a PR & Advertising Specialist.

We are looking for a creative and proactive communication professional who is passionate about building strong brands, developing impactful campaigns, and creating meaningful connections with consumers, media, and influencers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies to strengthen brand awareness and reputation;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, influencers, content creators, and communication agencies;
• Create and adapt press releases, product launch materials, media kits, and other communication assets;
• Coordinate press events, product launches, influencer collaborations, and brand activations;
• Work closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies to develop and implement advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels;
• Manage influencer partnerships and evaluate campaign performance based on agreed KPIs;
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels;
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new communication opportunities;
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies based on insights and data;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field;
• 3–5 years of experience in PR, Advertising, Brand Communication, or Marketing;
• Previous experience within the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG industry is considered a strong advantage;
• Proven experience developing and executing successful communication and advertising campaigns;
• Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads;
• Experience working with influencers, media partners, and external agencies;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Creative mindset combined with strong organizational and project management abilities;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships within the beauty media landscape;
• Experience organizing PR events, product launches, and brand activations;
• Knowledge of digital analytics and campaign performance measurement tools;
• Passion for beauty trends, consumer behavior, and digital communication.
