Are you passionate about marketing, detail-oriented and eager to grow in a dynamic environment? Join our team at HOYA Lens Romania as a Marketing Assistant and play a key role in supporting marketing activities, product launches, campaigns and events that strengthen our brand and partnerships.

-> What you’ll do:

✨ Assist with marketing calendar & budget

✨ Coordinate product launches & campaigns, with support from media agency

✨ Support in organising business events for HOYA partners, with support from travel agency

✨ Manage internal platform for PPTs

✨ Translate, customise and print marketing materials, with support from agency

✨ Manage social media & online promotions

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns (online/offline)
• Familiarity with working with media and advertising agencies
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail for reviewing monthly records
• Experience organizing and coordinating business events
• Ability to manage timelines and logistics effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (RO & EN)
• Ability to adapt and coordinate communication materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media management and content planning
• Experience in coordinating online campaigns and promotions
• Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and metrics
• Strong interpersonal skills for partner and supplier communication
• Proactive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• CRM platform experience (advantage)
• Comfortable preparing reports and presentations

-> Nice to have (but not mandatory):

• Previous experience in a marketing assistant roles
• Background in healthcare, optics, or related industries
• Experience with mailing tools and CRM platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of B2B/B2C marketing practices
