Role Description

The Marketing Communications Specialist is a full-time role, on-site or hybrid, based in the Suceava–Iași–Botoșani area. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing communications that promote Rockna Audio's products and brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases, developing strategic communication plans, preparing product announcements, and coordinating public relations activities with media partners and industry influencers. The specialist will manage content for digital and print channels, ensure message consistency across campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and promotional initiatives. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, maintaining brand guidelines, and contributing ideas to strengthen Rockna Audio's presence in the specialty audio market.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications to plan and execute cohesive campaigns.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal skills for internal and external audiences.
• Experience creating and distributing Press Releases and managing relationships with media outlets.
• Knowledge of Public Relations practices, including reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
• Relevant experience in marketing or communications, preferably in consumer electronics or audio technology.
• Ability to work in the Suceava–Iași–Botoșani area (on-site or hybrid), collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics to track communication impact.
• Fluency with AI tools for content creation (copy, images, and video) to work efficiently across channels.
• Hands-on experience maintaining websites and working confidently with a CMS.
