🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Bucharest. You’ll be part of a dynamic, agile environment, working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, engineers, UX/UI specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery—eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements to ensure that solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
• Create and maintain process maps and documentation (BPMN, UML, or similar).
• Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and data teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Analyse data and business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement based on stakeholder and user feedback.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or digital environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent skills in requirements elicitation and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
• Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Visio).
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
• Exposure to SaaS or digital platforms.
• Understanding of sustainability or circular economy concepts.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
• Experience in multi-market or multi-brand environments.
