We are partnered with a fully integrated digital solutions agency based in Cluj who working with clients on an international scale in the gambling / betting sector. They are looking for an experienced Regional Head of Marketing to take ownership of marketing strategy across multiple international regions, leading high-performing teams and driving customer growth, brand performance and commercial success.

You'll inherit a strong foundation. Your job is to make it exceptional.

If you're equally comfortable discussing long-term strategy with senior leadership and rolling your sleeves up to optimise performance, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and developing regional marketing teams across multiple markets.
• Building marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial growth.
• Owning acquisition, retention, CRM, brand and campaign performance.
• Using customer insights and data to influence business decisions.
• Working closely with Product, Commercial, BI and Country Managers.
• Managing significant marketing budgets and maximising ROI.
• Creating a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

The successful Regional Head of Marketing will have:

• Proven experience leading marketing teams across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong background in performance marketing and customer lifecycle management.
• Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Experience managing sizeable budgets and delivering measurable growth.
• A collaborative leader who develops people as well as performance.
• International experience within a fast-paced digital or marketing business is highly desirable.

Please note due to the nature of how the client operates the successful candidate must be a clear communicator in English and be able to travel internationally as and when required.
