Tasks
- Create compelling content that tells authentic stories about our culture, people, and project impact in formats ranging from short-form social to longform editorial.
- Collaborate with Tech Departments, Talent Acquisition and People to create seamless, on-brand candidate and employee experiences.
- Support broader marketing initiatives, such as thought leadership campaigns, and brand activations, ensuring a coherent external voice.
- Track and report on brand and engagement metrics, iterating quickly based on what resonates.
- Conceptualise, plan, and deliver internal events that strengthen our culture and bring our teams together - from company-wide all-hands and team offsites to milestone celebrations and social gatherings.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue, vendors, budgets, and communications, ensuring every touchpoint reflects MHP's identity and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with target universities, student associations, and academic institutions to position MHP as an employer of choice for emerging talent.
- Plan and execute campus activations including career fairs, guest lectures, hackathons, and sponsorships that bring the MHP brand to life for students.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Employer branding - ideally within consulting or tech.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills - you can translate complex ideas into content people actually want to read.
- Hands-on experience contributing with relevant and attractive content for social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram).
- Previous experience in campus marketing, student initiatives, or university community engagement is a plus.
- A true team player, collaborative spirit and comfort working across teams - as comfortable speaking to engineers and consultants as you are to executives.
- A “Maker” mentality - you don't wait for perfect conditions, you test, learn, and improve.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: 2-year fixed-term contract
- Line of work: Corporate Functions
- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
- Other: a valid work permit
