Job Description
● To source vendors and do pricing comparison for all needed marketing materials and activities.
● To plan and execute all in-store and in-mall advertising, including but not limited to the store
signage, billboard, poster, window sticker, escalator/ lift wrap, etc. by liaising with selected
vendors and the Business Development (BD) department.
● To plan and execute stores’ Grand Opening Event (GOE), including pre-GOE awareness and
GOE activities, based on the Set-Up Schedule provided by the BD Department.
● To request outsourced flyer distributor quotation & location list for residential distribution
purposes.
● To assist in inserting the approved info into Flyers Information Schedule and circulate internally
for execution.
● To select and propose the promotional products for campaigns based on the stock availability
and the pre-approved product list by the Purchasing Department.
● To propose promotional initiatives for campaigns in the marketing calendar.
● To assist combining the advertisement reports to ensure optimum performance delivery.
● To liaise with the Mall for event approval & mall accepting vouchers.
