We are looking for a Senior Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team, someone who takes ownership of visual quality across every brand touchpoint.
In this role, you’ll lead the visual execution of a rebrand, build a product visual system for a 10+ product SaaS portfolio, design the sales enablement materials that help close deals, and establish the employer branding templates that shape how the world sees AirportLabs as a place to work. Key data for you to consider
- Income: 1,900 - 2,900 GBP gross/month, depending on role fit and experience level
- Yearly profit share
- Various performance and behaviour-based bonuses
- In-office or hybrid (partial office & partial remote)
- Office location: Cluj-Napoca
- Contract based on PFA or SRL with our UK entity

Responsibilities
- Lead the visual execution of an AirportLabs rebrand: typography, colour system, iconography, layout principles, and brand guidelines document.
- Build and maintain a modular product visual system across all 10+ SaaS products: product marks, colour assignments, icon sets, and UI illustration style.
- Produce design-ready sales enablement assets alongside the Product Marketing team: one-pagers, solution briefs, battle card templates, case study layouts, proposal templates, and ROI visualisations.
- Design employer-branding visuals and build a standardised template library for HR use, including LinkedIn hiring posts, job ads, employee highlights, and event assets.
- Produce internal design: presentation templates, all-hands materials, onboarding decks, office environmental graphics, and branded swag.
- Proactively audit existing brand materials and correct inconsistencies.
- Manage external agencies or freelancers when scope requires it: briefing, directing, and quality-checking output.
Qualifications & skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Romanian.
- 4+ years of proven experience in brand design, marketing design, or visual design for B2B SaaS or technology companies, with a portfolio demonstrating ownership of visual systems, not just execution of briefs.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (and/or Adobe Creative Suite): able to design, build, and maintain scalable component and template libraries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and apply brand systems at scale, across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints, with consistency and commercial intent.
- Strong typographic instinct and layout sense: understands why design decisions matter, not just what looks good.
- Able to translate positioning and messaging into visual language that resonates with enterprise buyers, design that works in a sales context, not just a portfolio.
- Initiative-driven: identifies gaps, proposes solutions, and moves without waiting for a brief.
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback on design quality and brand compliance.
- Attention to detail: every asset that leaves the team carries AirportLabs’ credibility with it.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Continuous learning and curiosity as guiding principles.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics or video asset production.
- Experience in employer branding or internal communications design.
- Aviation, airport, or transportation sector exposure.
- Experience directing or managing freelance designers or creative agencies.
