The Marketing Intern will work closely with the CEE Marketing Lead based in Bucharest, supporting a wide range of marketing and communications activities across the region.

This is a part-time role, 20 hours / week.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, creation, and publication of social media content
• Contribute to internal and external communications campaigns
• Help maintain and update website content
• Support the use of marketing and CRM and workflow management tools
• Assist in developing and adapting marketing materials for digital channels
• Support the planning and execution of local and regional events
• Prepare event materials, presentations, invitations, and follow-up communications
• Help coordinate marketing projects
• Provide support on ad hoc marketing initiatives
• Support the preparation of marketing reports and performance summaries
• Assist with data collection and analysis

Key Requirements:

• Student, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
• Fluency in Romanian and English languages; additional language skills are considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Familiarity with project management, CRM, or marketing tools is considered an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
