Marketing & Product Support

• Coordinate product orders from the warehouse for marketing activities, campaigns, and events
• Support assortment management, including new product launches, digitalization, and labeling processes
• Assist in preparing and distributing marketing communication materials (print & digital)
  

Medical & Field Support

• Collaborate with medical representatives to support field activities
• Assist with product allocation and materials needed for healthcare professional (HCP) interactions
• Ensure timely delivery of products and materials to the field team
  

Events & Activations

• Support the organization and execution of medical and marketing events (e.g., conferences, workshops, internal activations)
• Assist with logistics, materials preparation, and on-site coordination
  

Operational & Administrative Tasks

• Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and tracking
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, medical, sales, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain organized documentation and tracking of ongoing projects

Your Profile

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage logistics and operational tasks
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
