A Day in the Life

As a Marketing Intern for Vichy in Bucharest, you will report directly to the Marketing Director for Vichy. You will be immersed in the dynamic world of dermatological beauty, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and brand management. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading skincare brand while developing your skills and expanding your professional network. You will work closely with product managers, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

• Brand Activation & Promotion: You will actively participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating with commercial teams, administrative services, and advertising agencies to promote the La Roche-Posay brand in the Romanian market. This includes contributing to the creation and follow-up of point-of-sale materials and visual adjustments.
• Market Analysis & Performance Tracking: You will analyze market trends and brand performance, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies. You will leverage your analytical skills and innovative thinking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Event Planning & Coordination: You will assist in the planning and execution of brand events and meetings, contributing to the overall success of these initiatives.
• Administrative Support & Project Involvement: You will handle various administrative tasks and support the Marketing Director on ad-hoc projects, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to the team's success.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Intern with a strong interest in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate is a master's student or recent graduate with proven experience in marketing communications or digital marketing. They possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team. International exposure and knowledge of French are considered a plus.

• Brand Local Adaptation: Ability to tailor brand messaging and strategies to the local market.
• Category Vision: Understanding of the skincare market and Vichy's position within it.
• Project Planning & Management: Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing projects effectively.
• Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with consumers.
