Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Planning: Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to formulate and implement an annual marketing strategy for the EU region, aimed at enhancing brand exposure and increasing sales.

2. Event Management: Lead the organization of solar events across multiple European locations, including exhibitions, summits, workshops, and trainings. Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

3. Partner Collaboration: Work closely with channel partners to coordinate joint marketing efforts and digital campaigns, ensuring seamless communication and synchronization of project timelines to meet shared objectives.

4. Content Development: Produce high-quality, industry-specific marketing content such as case videos, social media posts, and press releases to strengthen brand visibility.

5. Media Relations: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with leading PV media and solar associations throughout Europe to maximize brand exposure.

6.Market Insight: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to derive actionable insights that guide marketing strategy and execution.

Qualifications

1.Full-time bachelor degree or above.

2.Event Management Expertise: Demonstrable expertise in planning and executing events with proficiency in managing constraints related to time and resources.

3.Marketing Experience: Candidates must possess at least 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the solar industry.

4.Communication and Organizational Proficiency: Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple concurrent projects effectively.

5.Fluent in written and spoken English; Local Language is a must.

6.Positive attitude, willing to work with international team. Self-movitated and willing to take challenges.

7.Accept regular business trips for ongoing projects.
