Your Missions
Role Summary:
The Marketing Manager for Romania for Companion Animals Business unit is responsible for executing and activating regional brand strategies locally. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign delivery, campaign (online, offline) execution, retail and eCommerce activation, and agency coordination. Regional strategy is defined centrally, this role ensures high-quality, on-time local implementation with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Execute annual marketing plans for brands in line with regional strategy
• Adapt and localize regional campaigns, content, and assets for Romania
• Coordinate agencies for production, localization, timelines, and follow-ups
• Review and approve Romanian marketing materials before market release
  

Digital & Website Execution

• Maintain and update local websites (content accuracy, product pages, banners)
• Coordinate localization, testing, and rollout of new websites or digital tools
• Manage incoming customer inquiries from digital channels and route internally
  

Retail & eCommerce Activation

• Prepare and localize content for retail and eCommerce campaigns (banners, newsletters, promotions)
• Activity planning and execution with key wholesaler / retail and eCommerce partners
  

Performance Tracking & Coordination

• Monitor campaign performance
• Collect sales and competitor insights when required
• Share campaign status and results with local and regional teams
• Support cost tracking, forecasting, and basic administrative processes
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, regulatory, technical, and regional marketing teams
  

Your Profile
What we are looking for:

• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution
• Strong project coordination and execution skills
• Experience working with eCommerce & Retail
• Veterinarian background is a plus, not a requirement
• Fluent Romanian and English
• Structured, proactive, open-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced, matrix organization
