Role Description:

The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bucharest, Romania. This role is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to strengthen the Emerald brand, increase patient awareness, and support growth of cardiology and neurology services. Daily activities include planning and running marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline channels, managing content for the website and social media, and overseeing patient communication initiatives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with medical and administrative teams to align messaging with clinical services, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on data. The role also involves managing relationships with external partners and vendors, organizing events and educational activities, and ensuring all marketing materials comply with healthcare regulations and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare, medical, or services marketing, preferably in a clinical or hospital environment.
• Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, website content oversight, SEO/SEM basics, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
• Ability to create and manage content (web, print, and social), working closely with designers, agencies, or internal stakeholders to deliver clear and accurate medical communications.
• Solid project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, and coordination of multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and good working proficiency in English.
• Comfort working on-site in a clinical environment and collaborating directly with medical professionals and operational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or healthcare-specific training is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure ROI, and adjust marketing activities based on results.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and respect for patient confidentiality and healthcare regulatory requirements.
