As a part of our growing Romanian team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our local marketing initiatives.

The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic thinker to lead our marketing presence in Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for growing brand awareness, driving demand, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals in close collaboration with the local sales team and the central marketing department in Sofia. You will serve as the key marketing representative for Romania, bringing local insight, creativity, and executional excellence to every initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan tailored specifically to the Romanian market.
• Plan, execute, and analyze comprehensive marketing campaigns (digital, events, media).
• Work closely with Romanian sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
• Own, oversee, and enhance the Romanian version of the Evrotrust website.
• Be in charge of localized social media content on LinkedIn and Meta.
• Collaborate with the central marketing team in Sofia for specialized support (design, content, SEO, PPC, social).
• Understand deeply the local market dynamics, regulations, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Identify and cultivate joint marketing initiatives with local strategic partners.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience in marketing, ideally within technology, fintech, startup, or related fields.
• Proven success managing comprehensive marketing initiatives independently and within a collaborative international framework.
• Expertise in planning and overseeing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
• Experience coordinating with sales teams and executing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like ActiveCmapaign or HubSpot is a plus.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
