If something is late, unclear, forgotten, or unprepared — it is your responsibility to catch it before it becomes a problem.

• Own all active projects inside our project management system
• 
  
• Maintain real-time dashboards showing:

• Status (on track / at risk / blocked)

• Ensure every project is:

• Clearly scoped
• 
  
• Properly assigned

• Actively moving forward

Meeting & Communication Discipline

• Come to meetings fully prepared
• 
  
• Ensure agendas, materials, and context are ready in advance
• 
  
• Take clear, accurate notes
• 
  
• Translate meetings into:
• 
  
• Action items
• 
  
• Owners
• 
  
• Deadlines
• 
  
• Enter all outcomes into the system immediately

Accountability & Follow-Through

• Proactively check in with team members before deadlines are missed

Cross-Functional Support

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years working in:

• Project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.)

• Agency, marketing, or multi-project environments
• 
  
• Strong understanding of:

• Digital marketing workflows (SEO, paid ads, content, web)
• 
  
• How projects move from idea → execution → delivery
• 
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• 
  
• Comfortable working US Mountain Time, 8 AM – 5 PM
