We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize Druid’s marketing technology stack, ensure strong operational alignment with Sales Operations, and build a data-driven reporting framework within Revenue Operations. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that calls for technical know-how, a curious and analytical mindset, and a strong understanding of modern B2B SaaS marketing practices.

What you’ll do at DRUID

• Own and manage the marketing tech-stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Zapier, Analytics platform etc.)
• Develop and manage lead scoring models, UTM structures, and campaign tracking
• Ensure seamless integrations and consistent data flow across platforms
• Maintain data quality, manage user access, and drive automation initiatives
• Continuously evaluate and enhance tools and processes to support lead generation, ABM programs, and event-driven marketing efforts
• Define and manage lifecycle stages (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) and lead routing rules
• Support campaign attribution and track marketing’s influence on pipeline
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance (MQLs, SQLs, lead volumes, CAC, etc.)
• Manage web analytics reporting, including key metrics such as page views, bounce rates, and conversion rates
• Generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and guide budget allocation
• Support QBRs and demonstrate marketing value through consistent, reliable metrics
• Document and standardize key marketing and cross-functional processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Ensure data hygiene and accuracy across systems
• Support campaign execution workflows, ensuring consistent tagging and tracking
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to align processes, data, handoffs, and reporting across GTM teams
• Partner with Revenue Operations to establish consistent data standards and taxonomies.

What you’ll bring to DRUID

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably within B2B SaaS
• Strong expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
• Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and marketing analytics best practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
• Business-level fluency in English.
