Are you a master of organization with a passion for digital content? We are looking for a Content Project Manager to join our client's team in Bucharest - marketing agency. You will be the bridge between global creative concepts and local market execution for one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.

Your mission: to ensure that every piece of digital content—from social media assets to CRM newsletters—is perfectly adapted, approved, and delivered on time, for Europe Markets.

What You’ll Do

• Asset Coordination: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets (images, videos, copy) for regional campaigns.
• Strategic Mapping: Work with the strategy team to map out content needs for various touchpoints (Paid Media, Social, Web).
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise between the Global Hub, local clients, and internal creative teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
• Quality Control: Review final outputs to ensure they meet brand guidelines, local nuances, and technical specifications.
• Timeline & Budget: Track project milestones in Asana/MS Project and manage cost approvals (CEs) with clients.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have 3-5 years in end to end project management, ideally within a marketing agency or a content production house.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice a typo or a misplaced logo from a mile away.
• Process-Driven: You love a good workflow and know your way around tools like Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Teams.
• Communicator: Your English is advanced.
• Problem Solver: You don’t panic when a deadline shifts; you find a way to make it work.

Location: Bucharest (near Gara de Nord), hybrid (2 days WFH)
