About The Role


We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of Farmina’s marketing strategy in Romania.

The role focuses on brand visibility, product promotion, and campaign execution across online and offline channels, in close collaboration with the local sales team and the Farmina Group marketing department.

The ideal candidate should have experience in consumer & trade marketing, preferably in the Pet food industry or Pet Medicine/Pharmaceuticals/health industries, and be able to think strategically and execute flawlessly.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement local marketing strategies in line with Farmina Group guidelines
  • Support the sales team with marketing/sales actions in their operational activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the marketing activities' impact on sales development.
  • Co-pilot on Marketing budget building and spending monitoring.
  • Marketing activities plan building and monitoring
  • Marketing and sales activities performance monitoring and analyzing achieved results
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with agencies, designers, and printers for marketing materials
  • Support trade marketing activities for pet shops, veterinary clinics, and distributors
  • Organize and coordinate events, fairs, trainings, and promotional activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and analyses
  • Manage marketing materials inventory (POSM, brochures, samples, displays)
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels
  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital, and external partners


Requirements:


  • University degree in Economics/Business studies/Marketing/ Communication
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience (FMCG experience is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management, and a strong business acumen
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • Creativity combined with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Positive and can-do attitude
