On behalf of one of our clients, a company operating in the retail and distribution industry, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns that support sales activities;
• Create engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, press releases and internal publications;
• Manage and grow online communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube;
• Implement the social media plan across all channels, bringing new ideas and researching current trends;
• Support marketing initiatives such as product launches and promotional campaigns;
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional activities;
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field;
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar marketing role;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian;
• Creative, proactive, results-oriented and a strong team player;
• Good understanding of social media promotion and performance metrics;
• Experience in retail or distribution is a strong plus.
